Amanda, our Lead Instructor and Master Trainer, began her love of movement at the age of 3, when she stepped into her first ballet class. 15 years of dance training earned her a 4-year spot on the nationally ranked Towson University Dance Team. After graduating, Amanda danced professionally, most notably for the former New Jersey Devils Dancers. In 2016, she completed her 200-hour RYT and began her journey as a yoga instructor. She left her tenured teaching position to pursue this new career path. Amanda stepped into her first class at the studio in 2019, 20 weeks pregnant, and never left! She is grateful to be able to be able to do what she loves each and every day.
