Yin Yoga is slow-paced, postures are held for longer periods of time and there are no standing postures in the practice. The longer holds allow for the denser connective tissue – ligaments, tendons, fascia – to soften so that the body gains flexibility at the joints.
Jody is a body-focused therapist and coach. She works holistically, intuitively, and relationally to help her students access their own innate ability to heal.
